We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • Or a partial refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom 3D printed designs
  • Made-to-order items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase provided production has not already started on personalised or made-to-order items.
