Processing times

Most items are made to order and are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Processing may take longer during busy seasonal periods. If your order is delayed, we will contact you.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is estimated to take 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow for both the making time and the delivery time when ordering for a particular date.

The delivery charge for your basket is shown at checkout before payment. Available rates depend on the products in your basket and your delivery address.

Tracking

We will provide tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address

Please check your address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number and the correct address so we can check whether it can be amended before dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email clseasonalgifts@outlook.com with your order number and details of the problem. For damage, photographs of the item and packaging are helpful where possible.

We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue. Please report problems as soon as you can; this does not limit your statutory rights.
