Most items are made to order and typically ship within:

  • Longer during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and Valentine’s Day

If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to selected countries.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–28 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Orders

While we are not responsible for courier delays once dispatched, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will always try to help resolve any issues.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and item
